Full description Colorectal cancer is the second deadliest cancer, and is rapidly increasing in incidence in younger Australians, but colorectal cancer can be prevented with targeted screening of high-risk individuals. I aim to reduce the burden of colorectal cancer by utilising state-of-the-art computational methods that identify patterns in DNA mutations to accurately identify which individuals are most at risk of developing colorectal cancer.
