BACKGROUND AND SIGNIFICANCE
CIRCULAR was a commission by VicUrban and Walker Corporation in partnership with Wyndham City Council. Community engagement was a central part of this art commission so four months of intensive community research was conducted, involving an extremely wide range of community members and orgnaisations.
