The Child Death and Serious Injury Committee functions to improve the safety and wellbeing of children in South Australia by collecting information about the circumstances and causes of all child deaths in South Australia, analysing and reviewing this information, making recommendations to Government, and monitoring the implementation of those recommendations.User Contributed Tags
