Full description

A set of files used to create the 1975 Chamorro-English Dictionary, which was authored by Donald M. Topping, Pedro M. Ogo, and Bernadita C. Dungca and published by the University of Hawaii Press. There are 6 text files of dictionary entries formatted for printing. There are also 3 program files (with filenames ending SPT), 6 files containing alphabetized lists of words (with filenames ending FIL) and 6 files containing alphabetized lists of words with their morphological breakdown (with filenames ending SRT). The programs were written by Robert Hsu, who was on the Linguistics faculty of the University of Hawaii at the time. The files were provided to the CNMI editors of the Revised Chamorro-English Dictionary by Kenneth Rehg of the University of Hawaii. . Language as given:
