Brief description Our CRE will conduct health services research that will accelerate the evaluation and implementation of new point-of-care (POC) diagnostic technologies for infectious diseases of global importance. By scaling up POC testing for these diseases, that include HIV, hepatitis C (HCV), tuberculosis (TB), human papillomavirus (HPV), and sexually transmitted infections (STIs), our research will break down barriers to treatment access, and led to major reductions in the associated illness and mortality.
