Humchung states that historically, the Dakpa community of Thragom planted corn, wheat, and buckwheat as staple foods. The community worked on each other's farms on a rotation basis. They used manure made from a mixture of dried oak leaves and cow dung to increase the yield. Tashi Tshewang made this recording.
