The series consists of case history files in relation to probation and parole for clients in youth detention.

The contents of a file are a mixture of original and duplicate documents including case and parole plans, social worker reports, social histories, reports of meetings, wardship extension authorities, assessment panel reports and Court reports. Some documents may be duplicated in other sources. The files have been retained on the basis that they include information about persons who were child protection clients, including State Wards.
