This dataset contains inventory survey data acquired through airborne and UAV-borne imaging spectroscopy (i.e., atmospherically corrected reflectance data), as well as field inventory surveys (i.e., species abundance, trait values, and functional diversity) for plots across five Canadian sites. Spectral data is extracted for each plot and provided in a table with all pixel values per plot. In addition, R code for data preprocessing and analysis is provided.
