The survey aimed to provide insight into the needs of small business operators to determine the best approach in supporting them to remain economically viable.  The City conducted the 2021 Covid-19 Business Needs Survey 12 months after the first survey in 2020. The responses document how organisations, industry sectors and members were impacted by the pandemic immediately before the 2021 four-month lockdown.
