Brief description
The 2017-18 Annual Budget is the Government’s key policy statement and financial plan for the upcoming financial year and forward estimates period for the Territory and the territory entities. The Budget Papers are presented on an accrual accounting basis. Accrual accounting discloses the full cost of providing government services and indicates the ability of government to deliver services into the future.
