Brief description This proposal will develop and test interventions to reform maternity and maternal & child health systems to tackle known inequalities in health and health care for vulnerable families, particularly clients of refugee backgrounds. Innovation in system redesign and service delivery will result in sustainable improvements in access to and quality of care and measurable improvements in maternal, newborn and child health.
