Full description The underlying biology of cognitive impairments and dementias in late-life are increasingly being seen as vascular in origin. We assessed the relationship between cognitive performance and cerebrovascular function as measured using transcranial Doppler (during rest and a cognitive task) in older adults. , The underlying biology of cognitive impairments and dementias in late-life are increasingly being seen as vascular in origin.
