Blacktown Police Station was established by 1855.
In 1966 Blacktown Police Station became the headquarters of a new division, No. 27 Division, which embraced Police establishments at Riverstone, Wiseman's Ferry, Toongabbie, Rooty Hill, Richmond and Windsor. (1)
