For the Australian setting, no published data presently exists on the nature of possible pollinators of the common ornamental horticultural plants Strelitzia reginae, S alba and S. nicolai. This document provides a data set on various bird species feeding on the flowers of Strelitzia reginae, S alba and S. nicolai in Australian settings. The document was prepared to support a paper which discusses the occurrence of a Strelitzia reginae (Strelitziaceae) growing as an epiphyte in Manly (NSW).
