Beaumaris Primary School (School No. 3899) (VA 4430) is a co-educational government primary school located in Beaumaris, in Melbourne's bayside suburbs.

The school opened in May 1915 as Beaumaris State School, initially leasing Beaumaris Hall. By 1917, enrolment had reached 41 students. During the same year, the Education Department (VA 714) purchased a site in Dalgetty Road and provided a pavilion-style building with three sides made up of half walls topped by canvas-covered sliding panels, with no heating.

Around 1934, a new two-room brick building was erected by the Department to replace the pavilion.

Enrolment continued to increase over the following decades, reaching 960 students by 1968. At this time, the school had twenty-four classrooms, a library, and art, craft, and multipurpose rooms.

In 1970, a statewide decision broadened the use of the term 'State School' to include all government schools, rather than referring exclusively to primary-level schools. Primary schools then adopted the term 'Primary School', and the school name was changed to Beaumaris Primary School around this time.

In 2019, a new architect-designed modular building was constructed to replace Block C.

In 2025, Beaumaris Primary School remains in operation with an enrolment of 554 students.

Beaumaris Primary School should not be confused with Cheltenham Primary School (School No. 84), which operated as Beaumaris Common School from 1863 to 1872 and as Beaumaris State School until 1885, when it was renamed Cheltenham State School.
