The photographs of civic ceremonies and festivals are supplemented by a programme from 'The Jindabyne Saga', a 1967 historic recreation of the first European crossing of the Snowy River in 1837. There are also several photographs taken of sites in Sydney such as Hyde Park, the Showground during the Easter Show and Manly beach from 1955-1965. Ali also collected commercial postcards of the Scheme and nearby townships such as Cooma and Adaminaby. These are included in a separate photo album. There are also documents and booklets relating to the work of Bayram Ali. They are: two soil testing manuals dated 1964 and 1970 used by Ali in his capacity as a technical assistant and soil tester; three Merit Certificates for occupational health and safety supervision proficiency awarded to Ali in 1967 and 1968; a Service Certificate awarded upon the termination of his employment in 1971, and a copy of the Snowy Mountains Authority's own promotional booklet 'The Snowy Mountains Story' published in 1958.
