Brief description The project aims to better understand how and why certain viruses move within cities, countries, and around the world. By doing this we can find hots spots of disease transmission. Part of this involves finding out what makes certain cities or countries hot spots for disease such as the size of the population size and a locations particular climate. We can then use this information to prevent the spread of disease in the future in the event of outbreaks.
