Brief description Young Aboriginal women are being imprisoned at increasing rates. Tailored throughcare programs supporting the transition from prison to the community are beneficial to wellbeing and reducing reoffending. In partnership with Aboriginal communities, young Aboriginal women in prison or recently in prison, their families, and service providers we will co-produce and build capability in the throughcare workforce to deliver culturally appropriate, tailored services for the young Aboriginal women.
