Full description
Diversity Arrays Technology (DArT) sequences for wheat, barley and grasses DNA markers, ordered during 2009-2014 and used during research in the Australian Cereal Rust Control Program by the University of Adelaide.
The dataset includes the following files:
- Barley DArT sequences (seq_clones_barley.fasta)
- Wheat DArT sequences (in the zipped archive Wheat DArT Sequences.zip, containing DART data.xlsx, seq_clones_wheat.fasta, seq_clones_wheat.txt, Triticarte-extract-Wheat-t-2010-07-26.csv and WheatDArTmapsVersion1.2.xls)
- Aeg speltoides DArT sequences (DArT Sequences Group 2 Aeg speltoides polymorphisms.docx)
- Amblyopyrum DArT sequences (DArT Sequences Group 6 Amblyopyrum polymorphisms.docx)
- Exported markers from Triticarte order DW10-661 (Report-DW10-661.xlsx)
- Selected markers from Th. ponticum and Aeg speltoides (Selected Group 2 and 6 DArT markers.xlsx)
- DNA samples selected for DArT (DNA samples for DArt.xlsx)
