Full description
This dataset contains 3 sets of data from the research project "The Impact of Storage Conditions on the Stability of Clinical and Experimental Pharmaceuticals":1. Raw concentration and pH results for remifentanil and propofol mixed with a number of diluents, both in isolation and when combined. Data was obtained using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and a pH meter.
2. Raw concentration, pH, protein monomer, single-chain protein and bioactivity data for tenecteplase subjected to heat treatment, as well as raw temperature data for a preliminary study determining maximum temperature reached within ambulances (where tenecteplase is often stored). Data was obtained using a thermometer, pH meter, UV spectrometer, size exclusion chromatography (SEC) and a coagulation analyser.
3. Raw concentration and pH data for EBC-46 when subjected to temperature, light, air and pH treatments, as well as its metabolism in an ex vivo model. Data was obtained using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS), and a pH meter.
