Brief description

Bryan’s expertise lay in the application of GIS and Remote Sensing technologies to the study of environmental hazards and disaster management. He has particular interests in the methodological development of risk and vulnerability assessments from a place based perspective. Recent, collaborations have expanded Bryan’s research to encompass a range of environmental management issues including renewable energy production, population health and rural development. He has extensive experience working in developing nations in a multidisciplinary settings with academic, private and government stakeholders.
