Full description

The dataset includes interview audio, audio script, and Excel documents of economic analysis. The file name of the interview script has “A”, “B”, and “C” codes, which indicate the location of the respondent: A for Lombok Island, B for Sumbawa Island, and C for Bali Island. The research project aims to explore the (Nusa Tenggara Barat) NTB beef processing sector (Abattoir) on the potential to develop Beef Standard Indonesia (BSI). Data were collected from respondents (Abattoir key informants) across NTB. The data were used to model several scenarios with economic calculations on delivering higher quality beef to Indonesian consumers.
