Full description The proposed study aims to assess older adults’ engagement, acceptability, and experience of a machine learning-based chatbot intervention to improve physical activity in older adults. A personalised chatbot can be an effective tool providing tailored guidance, support, and motivation to become more active. Overall, the power of a chatbot intervention designed to increase physical activity, could improve health outcomes, reduce healthcare costs, and enhance quality of life of older adults.
