Brief description

38kHz Simrad ES60 acoustic data collected during commercial fishing of spawning blue grenadier off the Tasmanian west coast in winter of 2004. Aoraki was one of two factory freezer vessels collecting acoustic and biological data as part of the FRDC project gt76a. Acoustic data is held by the CSIRO Marine Science Acoustic Group (Hobart). Complementary data sets would be acoustic data collected by FV Petersen as well as biological measures of fish collected by AFMA observers during the 2004 season.
