Antimicrobial susceptibility data extracted from the Queensland Health Pathology reporting system. The data provide information about the level of resistance certain organisms have to antimicrobial agents typically used to treat infections.

Statewide cumulative antibiogram 2013 - This data, the statewide annual cumulative antibiogram, includes:\r\n- the number of isolates tested and the percentage that were susceptible for given organism-antibiotic combinations.\r\n- organism-antibiotic combinations where there are more than 30 isolates tested and where the combination is clinically relevant.\r\n- the first isolate per patient per specimen for urine, blood and other (not urine or blood) specimens.
