Brief description

Analysis of tumour stroma in a mouse-human carcinoma xenograft. This collection contains images of tumour stroma in tumour xenograft tissue from mice treated with increasing concentrations of antibody. Balb/C nude mice were injected with a suspension of Carcinoma cells. Mice were then treated with therapeutic antibody and the effect of antibody treatment on the tumour stroma in the tumours was analysed by Fluorescent Microscopy.
