Brief description

This collection contains images of tumour xenograft tissue from mice treated with increasing concentrations of antibody. Balb/C nude mice were injected with a suspension of Carcinoma cells. Mice were then treated with therapeutic antibody and the amount of antibody accumulating in the tumours was analysed by Fluorescent Microscopy.
