Full description

The data was collected to study genetic markers that are located on sex chromosomes and develop and R functions to efficiently identify such markers.

The raw silico and SNP markers are provided. The Rmarkdown describes the workflow of the R function with the example White Shark data, the BLAST results of sex-linked markers against reference genomes, the conditions and results for the PCR-based sex identification, and the accuracy analysis of the function.
Lineage: The SNP data were created following the DArTseq protocol (Diversity Arrays Technologies, Canberra).
