Brief description This project will compare weight loss in a group of overweight and mildly obese adolescents who receive standard treatment with a group who receive an internet delivered program that offers suggestions for increasing physical activity and making healthier food choices as well as a counselling support program. The enhanced program will allow the participants to record their progress and will provide feedback and encouragement to continue.
