Full description

Murwillumbah Police Station was established in 1886 in the Northern District with a staff of one senior constable and one ordinary constable, both mounted. (1)

A new Station building was erected 1909. (2) The Murwillumbah South Police Station was established in 1919. (3)

In 2011 Murwillumbah Police Station was located in the Tweed-Byron Local Area Command within the Northern Region. Its address in 2011 was 81 Murwillumbah Street, Murwillumbah. (4)
