Kempsey Police Station was established by January 1855.(1)

The Kempsey Police Station was sometimes referred to as West Kempsey Police Station, but only one station was identified in the area.(2)(3)

In 2014 Kempsey Police Station was located in the Mid North Coast Local Area Command within the Northern Region. In 2014 its address was 5 Elbow Street, West Kempsey.(4)
