Full description
Harwood Island Police Station was established in 1886 in the Northern Police District. (1)
A new Police Station building was constructed by December 1909. (2)
In 1917 Harwood Police Station was included in the newly formed North Coast Police District. (3)
The last recorded charge at Harwood Island Police Station was on 27 January 1979. (4) It would appear that the Station closed and was succeeded by Iluka Police Station which recorded its first charge on 14 February 1979. (5) (6)
