Full description
Tunstall Provisional School in the County of Rous opened in September 1895. (1)
At that time a provisional school required a minimum of 12 students. (2) The school became a Public School in 1897, when 20 students were required for that classification. (3) In 1907 the name of the school changed to Tuncester Public School. (4)
There was a previous school in the area. (5)
The school closed in 1972. (6)
