Alleena Provisional School in the county of Bland opened in July 1925.(1)

In 1925 the establishment of a Provisional School required a minimum of 10 students. (2) 

In November 1957 all Provisional Schools in NSW were converted to Public Schools.(3)  Alleena Provisional School was converted and remained a Public School until it closed in December 1960.(3)
