Full description

Craven Creek Provisional School in the County of Gloucester opened in January 1911. In August 1915 it was renamed Road View and it became a Public School in January 1916. (1)

In 1911 the establishment of a Provisional School required a minimum of 10 students, and by 1916 a Public School required a minimum of 20 students.(2)

The school was renamed Rookhurst Public School in October 1939. The school closed in 2009. (3)
