Randwick Public School in the County of Cumberland opened in 1883. (1)
In 1883 the establishment of a Public School required 20 students. In 1913 Randwick became a Commercial School which provided both a general post-primary education and vocational training for boys intent on a business career. In the same year Randwick also became a Home Science School which provided home science and commercial training for girls. In 1920 Randwick became a Boys Intermediate High School which was a school providing both primary and secondary education. Randwick reverted to a Public School in 1959. (2)
As of 2014 Randwick Public School was still open.(3)
