The Court of Petty Sessions holden at 102 George Street North, Sydney was proclaimed from 1 February 1961 within the Central Petty Sessions District and the Metropolitan Police District and exercised a civil and criminal jurisdiction within the Central Petty Sessions District. (1)

It was abolished from 6 September 1971 and its records were to be removed to Glebe Court of Petty Sessions at 44-46 Parramatta Road, Glebe. (2)
