Full description
Tallimba Police Station [II] was opened on 14 May 1947. The previous Station had closed in 1945. The Inspector who visited the station on 23 June 1947 reported as follows :"Visited Station & inspected books & records. Only a few books in use. Found same neatly kept & being brought up to date. Premises have been closed during war years & only recently opened since 14th May 1947. Premises clean & tidy. Snr Const. Skene present. All Correct & no Complaints, K.H. Randall Insp." (1)
It is unclear when the Regent Street Police Station was abolished.
