The West Wyalong Police Station was established by 1915. (1)
In 1945 the Tallimba Police Station was closed and its responsibilities transferred to the Wyalong Police Station.
In 2006 it was located in the Griffith Local Area Command in the Southern Region. Its address was 34 Church Street West Wyalong. (2)
