Plans for the establishment of a Police Station were in place in 1975. (1) The Station opened in 1977. (2)
An earlier station was located in the area. (3)
In 2006 the station was located in the Kings Cross Local Area Command within the Central Metro Region. Its address was 1-15 Elizabeth Bay Road, Kings Cross. (4) In 2014 the station was still open. (5)
