Full description

Oaklands Police Station [II] was established by 2 December 1952 when the first charge was taken there. The Station appears to have succeeded Dalesdale Police Station [II] where the last charge was recorded on 21 January 1952. (1)

New premises for the station, including a residence, were completed in 1963. (2)

In 2006 the Oaklands Police Station was located in the Albury Local Area Command in the Southern Region. Its address was Young and Coreen Street, Oaklands. (3)

Note
A previous Police Station had been conducted at Oaklands between the years 1908 and 1947
