Full description

Brobenah Public School [III] in County Cooper opened in April 1915. (1) A public school was an elementary school in the NSW Education system. By 1915 a minimum of twenty students was required to establish a school of this classification. (2)

Brobenah Public School [III] was renamed Stony Point Public School in October 1927. The school closed in December 1978. (3) 

This was the last of five schools that served Brobenah/ Stony Point commencing in 1894. (4)
