Full description

Bulga Provisional School in the county of Hunter was established in July, 1868. A Provisional School was established in places where the school population was small. The parents provided the premises for the school and the Department of Education supplied the teach, books and teaching materials. In January 1880 the School was converted to a Public School. The school closed on 17 December 1970. (1)
