Full description

A previous Court of Petty Sessions was conducted at Woodburn from 1876 to 1905 - see AG/2765.

Woodburn Court of Petty Sessions [II] within the Richmond River Police District was created on 29 August 1910 under the provisions of s.5 of the Justices Act, 1902 (Act No.27, 1902). (1)

The Woodburn Court of Petty Sessions [II] was abolished on 31 December 1984, when the Local Courts 1982 abolished all Courts of Petty Sessions and replaced these with Local Courts. (2)
