There were moves by the Eastwood Progress Association in 1907 to form a volunteer fire brigade at Eastwood. (1)
The Fire Brigades Act was applied to part of the Municipality of Eastwood from the 12th of November 1913. (2) Eastwood Volunteer Fire Brigade was established in 1914 in West Parade as Station number 59. (3)
Eastwood’s first permanent staff were appointed in 1924 to a new station at 259 Rowe Street. (4)
In 2000 the station address was 269 Rowe Street, Eastwood. (5)
In 2021 Eastwood Fire Station was situated in Metro West 2 (MW2) Zone and its address was 269 Rowe Street, Eastwood. (6)
