A Voluntary Fire Brigade was established at Botany in 1905 as Station No. 35. A new stations in Banksia Street was erected in 1906 (1). First permanent staff were appointed in 1912 (2). In 2000 the address of the station was 3 Banksia Street, Botany (3).
