Kyogle Court of Petty Sessions within the Richmond River Police District was created on 6 April 1908 under the provisions of s.5 of the Justices Act, 1902 (Act No.27, 1902). (1)
The Kyogle Court of Petty Sessions was abolished on 31 December 1984, when the Local Courts Act 1982 abolished all Courts of Petty Sessions and replaced these with Local Courts. (2)
