Kookabookra Court of Petty Sessions within the Glen Innes Police District was created on 23 April 1890 under the provisions of s.459 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act of 1883 (46 Vic. No.17). (1)
The Kookabookra Court of Petty Sessions was abolished on 31 May 1903 under the provisions of the Justices Act, 1902 (Act No.27, 1902). (2)
