The creation date of the Hartley Court of Petty Sessions is unknown, but estimated to be in 1835 or 1836. (1)
The Hartley Court of Petty Sessions was abolished on 20 September, 1887 under the provisions of the Criminal Law Amendment Act of 1883 (46 Vic. No.17). (2)
