Cundletown Court of Petty Sessions [II] within the Manning River Police District was created on 25 September 1894 under the provisions of s.459 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act of 1883 (46 Vic. No.17). (1)
The Cundletown Court of Petty Sessions [II] was abolished on 4 September 1905 under the provisions of the Justices Act, 1902 (Act No.27, 1902). (2)
